Objective
The aim of the programme is to increase the quality and quantity of
PhD research in the Netherlands and to strengthen scientific
cooperation with China, by inviting highly talented Chinese PhD
candidates to conduct research at selected Dutch graduate schools.

Who can apply? Chinese students who

  • have graduated (master) before 1 September 2011 from one of the selected Chinese universities or research institutes;
  • have a high proficiency in English, and;
  • meet all of the criteria for obtaining a scholarship from the CSC.
